Key Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients through calls, referrals, events, and online research
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Deliver persuasive product presentations, demos, and proposals
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and client documentation
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align project scope and delivery timelines
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging innovations
- Provide after-sales support and regular project updates to clients
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and sports exhibitions
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and content tailored to target markets
- Work with the marketing team to execute lead generation and sales campaigns
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, or business development
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable conducting fieldwork and in-person client meetings
- Willing to travel and visit client sites as required
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic CRM or sales tracking tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in problem-solving
- Background in sports infrastructure, construction sales, or B2B projects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of flooring systems, bleachers, or athletic equipment preferred
- Professional demeanor with the ability to manage long sales cycles
- Team-oriented with a client-first mindset
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
