About the Role
We’re hiring a college graduate who can drive to support day-to-day sales activities in the field—meeting clients, handling documents, and coordinating small logistics. Great for someone organized, reliable, and comfortable being on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit clients for meetings, product showings, and follow-ups
- Prepare and bring materials (samples, brochures, forms); collect and file documents
- Handle basic inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain simple CRM/spreadsheets
- Run bank/courier/procurement runs related to sales operations
- Maintain tidy records of trips, expenses, and client touchpoints
Qualifications
- College graduate (any course; business/admin a plus)
- Valid Philippine driver’s license and confident road skills in Pampanga/Metro Manila
- Strong organization, punctuality, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office) and smartphone literacy
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or admin
- Familiarity with Waze/Google Maps route planning
- Basic bookkeeping/expense tracking
Schedule & Work Setup
- Monday–Saturday, field-based; hours may vary depending on meetings/traffic
- Company vehicle provided for official trips
