We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist – Recruitment to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company’s growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
- Source candidates through online platforms, networking, and other recruitment channels
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using job boards, social media, and recruitment tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
