Duties and Responsibilities:
- A team player who can adapt promptly to the organization's core values, culture, and atmosphere.
- Build rapport with customers to create a positive experience.
- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Stay informed about product features, specifications, and updates.
- Maintain proper coordination of pre-sales activities up to after-sales.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
