JOB SUMMARY:
MONITORING/UPDATE OF INVENTORY CONTROL, PREPARE REPORTS SUCH AS DAILY SALES REPORT, BOOKING OF SALES, EVALUATION OF ACCOUNTS FOR BOOKING, MONITORING OF ACCOUNTS BEFORE TURN OVER TO ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists sales people with their accounts for booking/closing, prepare daily sales report, monitoring of sales documentation.
- Assists sellers in collecting buyer's documents/completion of pending transaction, negotiating cancelled accounts.
- Responsible for disseminating updates relevant information and facts about the project.
- Entertain and accommodate inquiries of clients, prepare sales proposals and other correspondence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any business-related course, esp. major in Marketing
- With experience in Sales and Marketing transactions
- Basic computer skills
- Proficient in written and oral communication skills;
- Good inter-personal relations skills; excellent presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
