Job Title: Sales Closer / Business Development Executive

Position Overview:
Team Outsource is looking for a proven Sales Closer/Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. If you’ve successfully closed deals in anagency or BPO setup and are ready to produce results from day one, we want to hear from you. The ideal candidate is skilled in identifying high-value opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with new clients. This role is critical in expanding our client base and requires solid experience in client acquisition within an Agency or BPO setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients through outbound and inbound strategies.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and decision-makers
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, etc.) to ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, with a strong track record of closing deals and acquiring clients in an agency or BPO setup.
- Must be able to deliver quick wins early on and work with minimal supervision.
- Experience in B2B sales is required, particularly in offering agency or outsourcing services.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing/BPO services and agency operations.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and consistently hit performance targets.
- Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in outsourcing, or B2B service industries.
