About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Coach for our Security Devices account. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, guiding the team to achieve targets, and fostering strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a leadership-oriented and self-motivated individual with experience in sales, particularly in the security or CCTV industry.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the CCTV or security industry.
Technical knowledge or experience in information security systems or technology is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
