Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Experience in retail is an advantage
- Good people skills, reliable and resourceful
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends
- Applicants must willing to work in Visayas
Job Description
- Oversee several stores in an assigned area
- Monitor store operations, sales, inventory and visual display
- Supervise and evaluate performance of sales staff
- Conduct training sessions/seminars/workshops
- Report problems and give recommendations to Brand Managers
