About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, curious, and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client’s YouTube Channels vertical. As the first point of contact for prospective sellers and buyers, you’ll be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships that lead to high-quality transactions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital media, has a background in selling high-value products or services, and thrives in a deal-focused, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and reach out to YouTube channel owners and prospective investors
- Run outbound campaigns via email, social media, and other channels
- Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the sales process
- Educate prospects on the value and mechanics of YouTube channel transactions
- Collaborate with internal advisors and deal specialists to hand off qualified leads
- Maintain CRM records and track key performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion, outreach effectiveness)
- Stay informed on YouTube trends, monetization strategies, and creator performance metrics
Competencies and Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
- Proven success selling high-ticket products or services, such as consulting, legal services, real estate, luxury goods, cryptocurrency, or similar
- Strong communication and persuasion skills; able to influence and build trust with a wide range of stakeholders
- Comfortable discussing metrics like RPM, CPM, and subscriber growth
- Organized, self-motivated, and effective at managing multiple conversations in a dynamic environment
- Passion for digital media, creator-driven businesses, and emerging online markets
Nice-to-Have
- Background in startups, marketplaces, or digital assets
- Experience with digital platforms or the creator economy
