SCOPE OF WORK
- Register guests and assigns rooms. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
- Assists in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Thoroughly understand and adheres to proper credit, check- cashing, and cash handling policies and procedures.
- Collects incidental deposits of arriving guests.
- Must be sales-minded. Presents options and alternatives to guests and offers assistance in making choices.
- Welcome guests during check-in and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintains a positive and friendly attitude even under high pressure and demeanor.
- Overseeing VIP guests, arrivals and departures. o Coordinating and multi-tasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department by notification housekeeping of all checkouts, late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
- Possesses a working knowledge of the reservations department. Takes same day reservations and future reservations when necessary.
- Knows cancellation procedures.
- Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
- Process guest check-outs., late checkouts, early check-ins, special requests, and day use rooms.
- Maintain close contacts with housekeeping, engineering, lobby, food and beverages, and other coordinating departments.
- Should possess detailed information about the Hotel, city as well as the competition.
- Maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
- Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
- Ensure that all check-ins and check-outs are handled smoothly without unnecessary delay or discomfort to any guest.
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
- Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to guest accounts, raising paid out's, currency exchange.
- Uses proper telephone/communication etiquette.
- Communicate services and amenities of the hotel to guests.
- Distribute room keys to registered guests in the hotel when the arrival errand card is presented.
- Answer incoming calls for guests and report all messages.
- Maintain up-to date information on room rates, current promotions, offers and packages
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift o Follow the house rules and policies laid down by the management. o Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygiene standards.
- Consciously and continuously strive to better his/ her skills and increase his/ her knowledge.
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Assist in administrative and clerical tasks as needed. o Must be guest service focused and a team player.

Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
