Sales Development Representative (Remote)
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us drive growth by starting meaningful conversations with prospects and booking high-quality meetings for our consulting team.

What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage prospects via LinkedIn, email, and outbound calls
- Craft personalized, persuasive outreach to key decision-makers (CTOs, Heads of Data, Ops Leads)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with our sales team or founder
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, Smartreach.io, Apollo, or similar tools
- Join weekly sales reviews, roleplays, and training sessions
- Occasionally create short video messages or Looms for prospecting
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize ICP targeting and outreach sequences
Requirements:
- Based in the Philippines, with a strong internet connection and a quiet remote setup
- 1–3 years in SDR, lead generation, or account development (preferably in tech or data)
- Clear, confident English communication—written and spoken
- Skilled in outbound prospecting, with proven success booking meetings
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot
- Organized, KPI-driven, and eager to learn about data, BI, and AI solutions
- Professional presence on video when needed

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
