Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or BS Real Estate Management is a plus!).
- Accredited Salesperson or Licensed Real Estate Broker.
- Proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and drive teams.
- 4+ years of experience leading sales teams, with expertise in:
Recruiting, training, and coaching top-tier sales professionals.
Sales strategy development and execution.
Managing and mentoring 2 Sales Managers.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month
