Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities on behalf of the company, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Ensures compliance with all applicable local hiring laws and regulations, while efficiently coordinating interview schedules and administering job offers.
Qualifications:
1. Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Associate’s Degree or a combination of education and experience.
2. At least 1 year experience in the same role; fresh graduates may be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains and organizes Personnel Requisition Forms (PRFs), ensuring accurate filing and tracking.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Posts, monitors, and manages job vacancies across all recruitment platforms and channels.
- Serves as a liaison between the company and external partners such as employment agencies, academic institutions, and government offices for recruitment-related matters.
- Sources qualified candidates and schedules interviews in alignment with hiring timelines.
- Conducts initial interviews and facilitates selection procedures, including endorsement of shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.
- Administers job offers and oversees the completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Organizes and conducts New Employee Orientation (NEO) sessions to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Performs background investigations to verify candidate credentials and employment history.
- Provides final feedback to candidates regarding their application status.

Pay: Php15,500.00 - Php17,500.00 per month
