We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Sales Estimator to join our team. The Sales Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, proposals, and quotations for aluminium furniture projects targeted at commercial clients, government agencies, and institutional buyers. This role bridges technical knowledge with sales acumen—ensuring competitive, profitable bids while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Cost Estimation & Pricing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for aluminium furniture projects, including materials, labor, transportation, and overhead.
- Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications, tender requirements, and company pricing strategies.
- Develop competitive bids for B2B and B2G clients while maintaining profitability.
- Sales & Client Engagement
- Work closely with the sales team to prepare and present quotations, proposals, and bid documents.
- Attend client meetings, pre-bid conferences, and site inspections to gather project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients, architects, contractors, and procurement officers.
- Tender & Proposal Management
- Review government and corporate tenders, requests for quotations (RFQs), and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Prepare and submit compliant, timely, and well-structured bid documents.
- Track tender outcomes and provide post-bid clarifications when necessary.
- Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams to validate costings and project feasibility.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a database of past projects, costing templates, and pricing benchmarks.
- Prepare regular reports on sales estimates, bid performance, and conversion rates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2–4 years of experience in estimation, sales support, or project costing (experience in aluminium, construction, or furniture industry is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of B2B/B2G sales processes, tendering, and procurement procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and technical drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
