Job Overview:
- As a Sales Executive specializing in electrical equipment and services, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth for a diverse range of products including rewound AC/DC motors, dry-type and power transformers, panelboards, and electrical construction services. Qualifications:
- · Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- · Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in B2B sales within the electrical equipment manufacturing or construction sector, with technical expertise in motors, transformers, panelboards, and related products.
- · Strong technical knowledge of electrical equipment and construction practices.
- · Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients.
- · Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- · Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- · Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- · Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and project site visits.

Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- · Identify potential clients in industries requiring rewinding of AC/DC motors, transformers, panelboards, and electrical construction services. Develop strategies to expand market reach, generate leads, and increase sales opportunities.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- · Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving electrical equipment and service needs. Act as a trusted advisor, addressing inquiries, concerns, and customizing solutions to meet specific requirements.
3. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
- · Develop a comprehensive understanding of rewound motors, dry type and power transformers, panelboards, and electrical construction services. Deliver compelling product presentations, showcasing the benefits, features, and technical specifications of the offerings.
4. Sales Process Management:
- · Qualify leads, assess client needs, and recommend suitable products and services that align with their requirements. Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and pricing structures, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
5. Technical Consultation:
- · Provide technical guidance and consultation to clients, explaining complex electrical concepts and solutions in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to address client-specific requirements.
6. Market Research and Analysis:
- · Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the electrical equipment and construction sector. Leverage market insights to identify opportunities for new product development and enhancements.
7. Sales Targets and Reporting:
- · Set and achieve sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management.
