Position Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by supporting the team’s goal in determining new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting properties of BE Hotels and Resorts. The role will require a dynamic and motivated individual to sell guestroom accommodation, banquet packages, and the like, to corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and individual customers. The position focuses on increasing bookings and meeting revenue targets while ensuring an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Proactively seek new clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators.
- Identify potential markets for the hotel & resort’s services.
2. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive bookings for rooms, events, conferences, and other hotel services by promoting hotel packages and offers.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the hotel’s overall revenue goals.
- Create and present proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and preferences.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and to address any issues or feedback.
- Provide customized packages to win clients.
4. Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to stay informed of market developments.
5. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and promotional events to showcase the hotel & resort’s offerings.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with clients while ensuring that the hotel’s pricing strategy/rate conditions and market targets are met.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with the Property Sales & events, operations, and front-office teams to ensure smooth and high-quality execution of guest services.
- Share market insights and customer feedback with the team to enhance customer experience.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis, new leads, and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
8. Customer Service Excellence:
- Ensure the highest customer service and guest satisfaction standards throughout the sales process.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective clients.
