Qualifications:
- Graduate of a four (4) year course preferably Bachelor of Science Major in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Able to provide excellent customer service.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work in Boracay

- Guest Relations
- Concierge and Business Center Services
- Conflict Resolution/Guest Complaints Management
- Cashiering and Reservations
- Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by Front Office Manager
