What you'll be doing
- Identifying and prospecting new leads through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Arranging and conducting sales meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present our product offerings
- Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales deals
- Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management
- Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the metals or construction industry
- Proven track record of successful sales, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
