What you'll do:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers to achieve client retention and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as an escalation point for key accounts.
- Conduct regular Client Business Reviews (CBRs) to assess performance, identify opportunities, and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Develop account strategies that foster business expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide insights and reporting on account performance, pipeline, and revenue forecasts.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales (5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and conducting business reviews.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) 1 Kennedy Road, Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City
