Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, Manage, Develop and Grow Competitive inorganic/non-employee Sales Team
- Strategize on how to effectively market and promote Aboitiz Land Projects
- Identify Opportunities, tap markets that that will help the organization achieve its overall targets
- Ensure that the Monthly/Quarterly Sales Targets are achieved
- Assist Property Specialists in their duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- With at least two years of experience in managing a Sales Team (preferably, in the real estate industry)
- Licensed Real Estate Broker & with DHSUD License (updated)
- With a ready sales team
- Knowledge and experience in digital selling is preferred
