The Role
McDuffy’s Sales Merchandisers are on the front lines of our retail growth, ensuring that our products are not only beautifully displayed but also strategically placed for maximum visibility and sales conversion. This role goes beyond traditional merchandising—you’ll also act as a sales representative, actively identifying and onboarding new partner stores while supporting the performance of existing ones. You are our eyes, ears, and voice on the ground.
Core Responsibilities
- Improve product visibility and sell-through by maintaining organized, appealing, and brand-aligned shelf and display setups in partner retail stores.
- Monitor stock levels across stores and ensure timely replenishment or pullouts when needed.
- Prospect and approach potential new partner stores to carry McDuffy products, initiating contact, providing samples, and coordinating onboarding.
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing activations, working with store staff to boost campaign impact.
- Collect real-time insights on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide field updates and store feedback regularly to internal teams for alignment on GTM activities.

What We Require
- Prior experience in merchandising, field sales, or retail operations preferred.
- Comfortable traveling daily to assigned store locations within Metro Manila and nearby areas.
- A “builder” mindset—resourceful, proactive, and always seeking better ways to do things.
- Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends or extended hours when needed.
- Experience in the pet industry or FMCG is a plus, but not required.
- Love for pets is always a plus!
