Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales operations by managing CRM data, tracking KPIs, and maintaining sales reports
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights
- Assist in lead generation efforts and support campaign performance tracking
- Help optimize sales workflows and ensure documentation is updated and organized
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales enablement materials and client presentations
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards for key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- 1+ year of experience in sales support, market research, or operations (internship experience welcome)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and research platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana) is a plus
