1. Follows the Store and Mall Admin House Rules
2. Implements daily opening and/or closing procedures in the prep station area
3. Ensures compliance to Food Safety and sanitation procedures
4. Knows the standard recipe of our marinated products
5. Expert in assembling raw ingredients per product and follows standard portioning
6. Receive and store raw materials properly (FIFO) and label items according to standard shelf-life
7. Maintains enough back-up of raw materials needed
8. Monitors wastages and scraps
