- The Sales Operations Support Specialist (SOSS) shall be responsible for executing data strategies for the Philippine commercial Organization in a timely, complete and accurate manner. This colleague shall be responsible for Sales Data and all its elements, 3rd party offtake data, and execution of strategies defined by Pfizer’s Channel & Pricing Analytics Manager (CPAM).
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the CPAM to execute sales data strategies and processes.
- Understand the commercial organization and its needs to efficiently execute services required.
- Achieve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) set by the CPAM and implement process improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with other Pfizer functions to drive the business as needed (Business Operations Processing (BOP), Finance, Commercial, etc)
- Key Activities shall include but not be limited to:
- Sales Data
- Maintenance of Field Force (FF) Directory
- ProtectRx maintenance
- Request Manager maintenance
- Performance Management System
- Alignment of data across SDM/PforceRx/BAI data
- Account Profile Creation, where required
- Adherence to Pfizer System Trainings and other trainings related to Pfizer policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years related work experience in sales data, field force effectiveness and related fields
- Strong Project and Time Management Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and BI Tools
- Has attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
