Job Specifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Process Sales Order – Major task

· Checking the availability of stocks or order status (knowledge of inventory management)

· Checking/ Ensure that the details of Sales Order and Reseller’s Purchase Order are matched

· Checking the status of account (basis for approval or disapproval of orders), Cr term and delivery instructions (basis for editing in the system)

· Monitoring items arrived announcement for (Order basis orders) follow up the delivery instruction from AE.

· Attend to Account Executive queries and assisted in resolving the issue to expedite processing.

Minor task:

· Prepare transmittal for the documents to be delivered to client through messenger.

· Schedule the courier pick-up of documents for Davao and Cebu

· Checking an IRR replacement and sending email to DS for printing of documents.

· Inputting customer entry into database.

· Perform other task which may be assigned by immediate head.

· Monitoring trip ticket (returned documents from delivery)

· Distribute documents for countering and cheque copy to collection team

Improved Marketing Initiatives and Lead Management:

Assist in marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media initiatives. Help track and manage leads effectively. Support posting in Viber and Instagram.

Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a central point of contact for the sales team, facilitating communication between sales representatives, management, and other departments.

Communicate with customers to provide updates on orders, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

Other Duties:
Perform other administrative and sales-related duties as assigned by the Group Head or Division Head.
