QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering or business course related
- With work experience in Material Planner and Supply Chain is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Computer literate; Proficiency in using MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong attention to details, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:0
MATERIAL CONTROLLER
- Develop and maintain accurate short-and long-term demand forecasts of parts.
- Track and maintain inventory levels using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, or Excel)
- Update material logs, maintain accurate records of stock levels, and prepare reports as needed.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damage in shipments and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and project teams to forecast material needs.
- Maintain proper documentation of all materials.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during all material handling operations.
MIS & PALLET LABEL CREATION AND MONITORING
- Updating and firming the production plan for Manufacturing Instruction Sheet and Pallet label printing.
- Track and monitor the MIS and Pallet Label issuance.
