Responsibilities
- Welcome & serve customers at our partner store locations with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Educate and guide customers on using Kredivo as a payment option, highlighting its benefits and ease of use.
- Build up and actively promote Kredivo product; encourage customers to download and transact using the platform.
- Present and demonstrate Kredivo App to potential customers, assist them through the registration & transaction process
- Follow up on customer feedback and address customer requests; provide proper guidance on using the Kredivo application.
- Meet daily/monthly sales and sign-up targets. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to supervisors.
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and partner merchant store personnel.
Qualifications
- Open to Senior High School graduate, College level or equivalent.
- Amenable to work at designated store locations: Festival Mall Alabang, Hypermarket Taguig, Sunshine Mall Taguig, Victory mall Pasay.
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and during shifts or overtime as required to meet business needs.
- Well presented, with good communication skills & highly motivated.
- Candidates with prior sales experience will be prioritized.
Must own an Android smartphone to use the Kredivo Promoter App.
