We are looking for a results-driven Sales Personnel with experience in fuel sales (e.g., diesel, gasoline, lubricants) to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients requiring fuel products such as industrial companies, transport fleets, construction sites, fuel depots, and retail stations.
Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers in coordination with the sales manager.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery of fuel products.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
Attend industry events, expos, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the company’s fuel products.

Qualifications:
Proven 2-3 years experience in selling fuel products (e.g., petroleum, diesel, lubricants) is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the fuel industry and distribution processes.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
With a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
