Our sales representative will be the company’s front-liners and will represent IT Step Academy with the primary focus of assisting potential students and inviting them to take advantage of our course. Responsibilities include
Job Duties and Responsibilities
● Reach out to all assigned customer inquiries to identify needs, present IT Step Academy’s unique value proposition, and assist customers in signing up.
● Achieve/Exceed monthly sales revenue target
● Conduct 50-80 outbound calls per day
● Conduct other outbound outreach including chats and emails
● Adhere to schedule including daily attendance, meetings and scheduled coaching.
● Provide timely and factual feedback to Team Leader or Head of Sales on things that are/may affect sales performance
● Manage his/her own pipelines including maintaining communication to around 90 active leads
● Accurately dispose each leads to the right lead stage in CRM
● Properly and accurately note CRM with everything that transpired on the calls
● Call fresh leads no later than 30 minutes once distributed
● Regularly collaborate to his/her team leader in order to continuously improve performance
● Initiate communication with leaders whenever you face a challenge, internal and external, that will prevent you from hitting your target
● Provide reports such as prepayments, paid contracts, pipelines, or anything required by the management team.
