1. Enhance business relationships to existing customers in order to earn their trust and maintain their loyalty;
2. Actively engaging with customers in understanding their needs and to provide them with relevant product information;
3. To negotiate prices in accordance with the company’s pricing, the terms of sales and to effectively close the sales deal;
4. Once the sales transaction- to correctly process customers order in accordance with their requested ordered items to ensure accurate invoicing;
5. Build good business relationship with existing customers in order to earn their trust and maintain their loyalty;
6. To effectively use good communications skills to build rapport with customers;
7. Develop new business customers in the areas of coverage while enhancing services to existing customers;
8. Coordinate with warehouse & logistics to ensure timely and correct loading of items requested by customers;
9. To demonstrate company’s products, explain it features to existing and potential new customers;
10. Customer’s complaints- To communicate with customers, managers in order to resolve problems, complaints and questions related to delivered items;
11. Outstanding accounts- To follow up payments of outstanding accounts;
12. To communicate and discuss with customers delayed payment and resolve it accordingly. And relayed any issues and concerns to top management for its intervention;
13. To prepare sales report on collection activities, payment status and outstanding accounts for management review and intervention;
14. Develop and assist management to maintain clear goals, plans and timelines to facilitate overall company sales objectives;
15. Create and manage sales plans;
16. Process payment received and update customers account accordingly;
17. To actively communicate with customers of their upcoming payment and/or past due accounts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month
