- Grows and expands retail channel partners in the assigned territory thru product conversion, new opened doors, and initiation of marketing programs such as loyalty and conversion program.
- Drives company's product awareness thru constant product presentations to current & potential channel partners and ambassadors.
- Advances company products in the market by penetrating local projects, highlighting the advantages and benefits of using the products and partnering with the organization.
- Supports accounting department by ensuring timely collection & deposit of account receivables.
- Maintains an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborates with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Analyzes competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Exposure in selling hardware & construction materials is an ADVANTAGE.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork in areas of CAGAYAN.
