Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods
- Maintains existing clients, and identify new markets and customer needs
- Prepares Sales plan and ensure 100% compliance and/or completion of daily sales plan
- Prepares revenue plan per store and ensure achivement of revenue sales targets per principal and per store
- In charge of overall account management in the assigned areas
- Applies systematic selling strategies to improve overall sales performance or Basic Call Procedures (BCP)
- Acquires new accounts for continuous growth in the area
- Adjusts content of sales presentation by studying the requirement of the outlet and its trade factors
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of clients
- Monitors competion by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, product, and merchandising techniques
- Sales Force Automation (SFA) and Smart Sales Compliance
- Monitors and coordinates with Third Party Merchandisers and Supervisors
- Manages trade returns with allowable percentages.
