NOW HIRING: Admin Virtual Assistant (with GHL, LinkedIn Sales Navigator & Automation Experience)

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Admin Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in Go High Level (GHL), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, and Google Sheets. If you’re tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and love streamlining systems and processes — we’d love to hear from you!
✅ Our Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working as an Admin VA or Marketing VA with CRM management responsibilities
- Proficient in Go High Level CRM — campaign setup, contact management, pipeline management, automation, and workflow creation
- Familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator — managing outreach, updating lead lists, and supporting LinkedIn-based events and marketing campaigns
- Skilled in using Zapier for automation and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data management
- A problem-solver who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without micromanagement
- Committed to long-term growth and excited to be part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communicator with strong written and spoken English
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage campaigns and workflows inside Go High Level
- Keep CRM database updated and clean (contacts, pipelines, tags, automations)
- Support LinkedIn lead generation using Sales Navigator
- Assist in planning, promoting, and managing LinkedIn events
- Build and maintain automated processes using Zapier
- Track KPIs and performance metrics in Google Sheets
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Tools You'll Use:
- Go High Level (GHL)
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Zapier
- Google Sheets / Google Workspace
- Zoom, Slack, and other common remote collaboration tools
Requirements:
- Must have your own computer and a stable internet connection
- Previous experience managing LinkedIn campaigns or CRM systems preferred
- Ability to work during PH daytime hours, with flexibility as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Full-Time: 40 hours per week
- Pay: USD $5/hour (or equivalent in PHP, depending on experience)
