Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences.
2. Sales Presentations:
- Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
3. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
5. Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the team on market dynamics and client needs.
6. Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, and sales closures.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance and achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
