- Responsible for the management and direction of the sales team in the acquisition of Commission Based Agents (CBA) & Allowance Based Agents.
- Responsible for meeting the revenue objectives generated from the sales teams to deliver the required output in their respective area of assignment.
- Responsible for driving sales growth through prospecting, new acquisitions, and based account management. Must be able to meet or exceed the revenue objectives of the project.
- Able to build a strong book of sales business from the ground up, strategies plans for the sales team growth and development, including account and activity planning and development.
- Must be able to manage the execution of all aspects of the selling process effectively, including cold calling, face-to-face meetings, networking, presentations, proposal creation, and closing business.
- Must be able to hire, coach, train, and mentor high-performance sales teams.
- Regularly conducts meetings to discuss the team's performance and productivity, and communicates well with the team members for necessary improvement. If necessary, closely coordinated with HR for endorsement of high-risk talents (non-performers, attendance issues & etc.) that may affect the sales operations.
- To conduct monthly performance evaluations of the team.
- Regularly reports and forecasts sales activities to the sales manager.
- Works together with the sales manager and sales management team to fully implement effective sales operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Php19,000.00 per month
