Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily duties of Sales Agents and Staff to ensure that target sales are being met and proper procedures are being followed;
- Establish relationships with new customers, maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
- Perform field and office work as deemed necessary in identifying and responding to client needs
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
- Follow up on customer work orders as necessary
- Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
- Submit other reports as required by management
Qualifications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of experience in sales
- Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the telecom industry
- Computer literate
