SALES TECHNICIAN
(Cagayan De Oro City)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve customers by helping them select units.
- Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling
- Greet and receive customer questions
- Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Document sales by creating or updating customer profile records
- Process payments by totaling purchases, processing cash, checks, credit or debit cards
- Alert management of potential security issues
- Assist with inventory and technical departments.
- Keep clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest and,
- Other related responsibilities are given to you by the company
QUALIFICATIONS
- College graduate of any computer or I.T.-related course
- With a background in computer troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledgeable in the installation of O.S., software, and other applications.
- Highly Knowledgeable with Laptop and Desktop Computers.
- Excellent English communication and strong customer service skills.
- Friendly and happy personality. Do not get easily discouraged when dealing with customers.
- Willing to multi-task and render overtime.
- Willing to start ASAP.
