We’re looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Pardot and Sales Cloud to join our team remotely. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce environment, supporting stakeholders, providing user training, and implementing smart, scalable solutions that align with business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer and configure Salesforce.com, with a focus on Pardot and Sales Cloud
- Build and manage Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions
- Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill internal users
- Ensure data quality, system integrity, and smooth day-to-day operation of Salesforce
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience working with Salesforce Pardot and Sales Cloud
- Ability to build and manage Flows and Custom Objects
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering user training and supporting cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning (preferred but not required)
- Salesforce Administrator certification (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
