DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of the circulation of books
- Update and list newly acquired materials in the accession book
- Encode and process books
- Record and prepare the monthly statistics of the library such as follows:
·- Patrons’ number of visits/ Monthly Statistics Report
· Books borrowed and library Period
- Maintain the listing of patrons with paid overdue fines
- Disseminate overdue books reminders
- Handle library periods and conduct library lessons according to the Library Instruction Program under the supervision of the librarian.
