Work Schedule: HYBRID (2x Onsite and 3x WFH)
Type of Employment: Contractual (6 months initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- At least 3 years proven experience as a Scrum Master
- With Project Management experience
- Understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and practices.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster self-organization and collaboration.
