Job Title: "Scrum Master "
Contract Duration: 6 months initial Contract, High possibility of contract extension (based on performance)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Once a month), Location: BGC, Taguig City
Number of Interviews: 2 levels, online interviews
Qualifications
- Experience
- At least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software or IT development environment.
- Agile Knowledge
- Strong understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile ceremonies, backlog management, and Agile metrics.
- Coaching & Facilitation
- Excellent in guiding teams, coaching individuals, and promoting team collaboration.
- Technical Awareness
- Comfortable working with tech teams and familiar with tools/technologies like Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD in AWS.
- Strong Communication
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and reporting team progress, blockers, and achievements.
- Agile Tools
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
- Certifications (Nice to Have)
- Scrum Master certifications such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent
