QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in any business-related course
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written communication abilities.
- Have knowledge in airfare and hotel booking.
- Have knowledge of applying for business permits etc.
- Have knowledge in Payroll and timekeeping but not required.
- Able to draft lease of contracts for leasing businesses, memo etc.
- People-oriented with a positive outlook.
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining files and documents, taking meeting minutes, and providing administrative support for the Korean CEO and or department.
- Will handle tenants contract, billing and invoice.
- Prepares reports required by top management and other entities.
- All other duties appointed by the Management
