Selling Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Customer service management
2. Category building:
- a. Accountable for category sales achievement
- b. Ensure 100% customer service level
- c. Ensures that WalterMart standards are implemented
- d. Safety and sanitation of the categorye.
- e. Ensures implementation of first to expire, first out (FEFO)
- f. Bad order management
- g. Timely and accurate execution of all promotion
- h. Ensures that shelf tags are updated
3. Ensures 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment
4.Supervise and monitor performance of sales support staff and merchandisers in the category.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, Sales / Marketing / Administration.
- With atleast 1 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail and food establishments.
