Mission
The PRI Engineer - Senior Installation Coordinator is responsible for ensuring coordination between all CP106 sub-systems and Civil Works (CW), overseeing site works, and implementing progress monitoring for all construction and installation activities. This includes comparing actual progress to planned durations and productivity targets.
This position is initially assigned to the PRI team. Upon successful integration and performance, the individual will transition to become part of the System OPC Construction Site Coordination Team.
The PRI Engineer - Senior Installation Coordinator may work alongside System Construction Managers, Sub-system Construction Managers, Construction Coordinators. Responsibilities may be adjusted based on project size and complexity.

Your responsibilities include:
- Organising on-site meetings with sub-system installation managers, subcontractors, and CW teams to coordinate interfaces, area handovers, access, and site installations.
- Ensuring compliance with SHE requirements and maintaining site safety.
- Adhering to the Coordinated Installation Program (CIP) for E&M installation activities.
- Monitoring and controlling installation progress as per the CIP to meet project milestones.
- Implementing corrective measures when needed to address defects or delays, and validating concurrent activities between sub-systems and/or CW.
- Applying risk management to installation works.
- Ensuring each sub-system mobilises its team and resources (materials, equipment, tools) on time (4M implementation).
- Optimising the use of temporary staging areas.
- Participating in weekly meetings with the Customer, Engineer, or Operator to address issues and manage stakeholder expectations.
Profile
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 4-5 years of experience
