Essential Functions
- Identifying the gaps between the desired state and the current state of knowledge and developing customized training curriculum that is scalable and provides EXL a competitive edge
- Work with stakeholders to create capability building strategy based on communication-related skills identified as necessary to achieve overall organization goal
- Training need analysis, researching, designing and developing content such as module outlines, presentations, trainer’s guide, participant’s guides and other training material
- Designing training aids like activities, role plays, case studies, etc. to make the training session livelier and more interactive
- Ensuring that the quality of content is maintained as per the targets assigned and should be in accordance with internal standards
- Identification of appropriate methodology for the implementation of training
- Training and certification of trainers on the training modules
- Building PPTs and other material and participate in presentation to the client/ internal customers
- Participate during client visits (presentation of capability development programs)

- Good performance on any other function that may occur from time to time or as directed by the Supervisor
- Builds and maintains atmosphere where coaching, counseling, and feedback are considered essential for better performance
- Risk recognition, assessment, analyses, management and mitigation
- Demonstration of in-depth knowledge and application of various methodologies in relevant situations or phases
Eligibility Criteria: IJP is open to all Sr. Executives under Healthcare Vertical in Manila/Cebu, Philippines
- Candidates must have a minimum of One year tenure in EXL and in the current role
- Applicants should be rated as C1 in Healthcare Language Assessment
- Should have 3.5 & above rating (Goal & Competency or Composite Rating)
- Candidates must have 3.5 & above rating (Annual Composite Rating)
- Should not be on PDP within 6 months from date of NOD
- Should not be on PIP during the time of application
- Must have no issues on Attendance and Reliability

- Once selected, candidate is subject to clear all required tests/assessments as part of training program, failing means going back to original post.
- Employees who have successfully passed the Internal Job selection (IJP) or employees who have been personally selected for a higher movement shall be required to undergo probation period. The purpose of this is to allow the Hiring Manager to carefully assess the employee’s suitability to manage the risk that the person that they chose to engage may not be prepared to assume a higher role.
