- Classroom and training management - conduct training programs as required by the business
- Task management - prepare all requirements before the start of training
- Training design and development - plan, develop & update training curriculum, schedule & training content on an ongoing basis
- Provide training guidance to operations partners (SME, Trainer Apprentices et al. )
Operational skills - identify and assess future and current training needs
- Strong verbal communication skills (Overall C1 – CEF)
- Possesses good problem-solving skills (should pass critical thinking assessment)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Detail oriented with excellent follow up skills
- Maintains effectiveness despite changes to situations, tasks, responsibilities and people.
- Comfortable with computer & using multiple applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to learn and retain a large amount of technical information in a relatively short period of time
- Must be receptive to detailed and frequent performance feedback
- Generally likeable demeanor and customer centric approach
- Expert Level understanding of Adult Learning Principles
- Get to know and understand trainees learning styles and motivation

- At least, 2 years college undergraduate.
- Graduate of any 4 year-course preferred
- At least 1 year training /or teaching experience is required
- At least 3 years of experience working in the BPO Industry
