Job Description
A senior technical position responsible for managing complex depositary operations and reviewing work of junior officers. This role provides technical guidance and acts as a subject matter expert while independently handling sophisticated client requirements and complex transactions.

Qualifications
- Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A university degree in law or economics is considered an advantage.
- Professional Experience:
3–4 years of experience in the depositary/custody function, gained in a depositary bank or a similar role in audit or fund accounting.
Hands-on experience in the Private Equity / Real Estate markets, with a strong understanding of their unique structures.
Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance in depositary operations.
Expertise in managing complex transactions and handling sophisticated client requirements independently.
- Skills and Key Behaviors:
Ability to drive regulatory compliance and oversee cash monitoring processes and reconciliations.
Experience in reviewing constitutional documents and complex documentation.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance to junior officers and review their work (1–3 team members).
Advanced reporting skills, including the preparation of complex reports and documentation for stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of depositary operations and cash safekeeping functions.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior officers and build a collaborative team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage key client relationships and coordinate with external service providers.
Ability to handle critical issues calmly and efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
High attention to detail and organizational skills for overseeing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
Ownership-driven, taking full responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
