- Bachelor's degree or tertiary-level institute diploma/certificate preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, or Computer Science-related courses or equivalent
- Power Platform and SharePoint 5+ years of experience (architecture, development, rollout, maintenance, data management, migration)
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies, and plug-ins.
- Experience with the following:
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)
- SharePoint Development Framework (SPFx)
- Server-Side and Client-Side Object Model
- Plugins and Custom Workflow Development
- NET Programming Model
- C# Programming Model
- In-depth knowledge and extensive experience on the following:
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages)
- NET, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. AngularJS, ReactJS, FabricJS, jQuery), HTML, CSS, REST APIs, XML, JSON, SQL, and other database engines
- C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services, and the CRM SDK is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture.
- Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering.
- Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management).
- Reporting and Coordination
- For the provision of services, the Developer will take instructions from the Manager at the Information Technology Department at the client and work closely with the project team, internal and external stakeholders.
- The Developer will provide any other services as required by the team and client ITD supervisor or user unit

About the Role:
- The Senior Solutions Developer (Power Platform and SharePoint) is responsible for developing, coordinating, and architecting all activities
- related to the development of Power Platform and SharePoint, including integration with existing applications and third-party
- solutions. She/he is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of Power Platform and SharePoint application systems in operation.
- This includes identifying and troubleshooting any application issues, resolving or escalating them as needed. Additionally, She/he will
- assist in gathering requirements, building business cases, and estimating effort for enhancements of existing solutions. He will report
- to designated International Staff and/or senior National Staff.
Scope of Work/Responsibilities
- Solutions Design and Delivery
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
- Estimate the costs and benefits of different solutions, including possible impacts on performance and security.
- Design, implement and maintain solutions based on client needs.
- Ensure all captured business requirements are translated and aligned with ITD’s technical solutions, product roadmap, backlog, and architecture.
- Track client feedback to ensure satisfaction with the solution provided.
- Lead delivery through Scaled Agile Framework, DevOps, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) testing, and deployment.
- Work with development teams to create new solutions or improve existing ones.
- Review all design issues and provide guidance to developers, support engineers and administrators on fixing the defects.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge Management
- Create documentation such as Requirements Definition Document (RDD), Solution Design Document (SDD), Security License to Operate (SLTO) or Transition Support and Maintenance Plan (TSMP).
- Maintain platform and technical documentation.
Continuous Improvement and Compliance
- Identify opportunities for improvement in existing solutions and recommend enhancements to be implemented.
- Analyze existing architectures to ensure solutions are in line with overall enterprise architecture, identify weakness and recommend improvements.
- Perform system security assessments to ensure that solutions are in compliance with the security framework and that data is safe from unauthorize access.
Work Arrangement
- Manila-based resource
- Reporting to client HQ (Onsite work) in Ortigas at least 3x a week
- If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ for more than 3 times, compliance is mandatory.
- Schedule: 9AM - 6PM (Manila time)
