Position: SEO Specialist
Schedule: Day Shift

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals.
- Effectively communicate SEO plans across teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement technical enhancements.
- Optimize website structure, schema markups, and link-building strategies.
- Track key SEO metrics and generate monthly/quarterly reports.
- Analyze data from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Shopify Analytics to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with the Content and Merchandising teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Develop content briefs for the copywriting team, ensuring the inclusion of high-ranking and relevant keywords.
- Manage blog and content strategies while tracking performance and effectiveness.
- Perform comprehensive competitor analysis and keyword research to identify opportunities.
- Oversee keyword ranking, tracking, and reporting to ensure ongoing optimization.
Qualification
- 5+ years in SEO, with at least 1 year in e-commerce SEO (product listings, online stores, etc.).
- Experience working with Australian markets or global e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- SEO writing skills are a bonus!
