ob Title: Server / Waiter
Position Overview: We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Server / Waiter to join our team and provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As a server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is attentive, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced environment while working as part of a cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring special requests are noted.
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely and organized manner.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and dietary restrictions to answer guest questions effectively.
- Monitor tables throughout the meal, respond to additional requests, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly, using the POS system.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Keep tables, dining areas, and service stations clean and organized.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service.
- Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry up to 25 pounds.

- Basic math skills for handling payments and ensuring accurate orders.
